ROOM BOOKING QUESTIONS

How many rooms do you have?
The Crown has 4 bedrooms, The Lamb and Flag have 6 bedrooms, Ty Morgans has 9 Bedrooms and 2 Self catering apartments.

What are the check in and check out times?
You can check into all of our establishments from 3pm and then check out at 10am.

Is early check in and late check out available?
Early check in and late check out may be available on request and are subject to availability and additional charges.

How can I change the date of my stay?
If booked through booking.com, you would need to request a change via their website, we will then confirm depending on availability. For any other booking provider, we can change it directly for you, please get in touch with us.

Do you have any disability friendly rooms?
We have one disabled room at The Lamb and Flag and Ty Penbont which can be accessed by wheelchair and has a disabled bathroom, the rest of our accommodation have steps up to them.

Is there parking available?
We do not have parking for cars, due to the layout of Rhayader. There are 2 car parks in the town. One paid and one cattle market free car park. We have parking for motorcycles behind Ty Morgans.

Is breakfast available?
Our rooms are set at room only rates, however breakfast can be purchased from Ty Morgans from 8am every morning. ​​​
TABLE BOOKING QUESTIONS

How do I make a restaurant reservation?
Please select the individual business page on our website which will give you all the information needed on opening times and how to book a table.

Can i modify my reservation?
Yes, please contact us directly or modify it on your original booking platform used.

I want to book a table for over 9 people but the booking system won’t let me.
If you contact us directly, we can check availability for you. Tables of 10 and above require a pre order. 15 people and above require a deposit and service charge.

What type of events can you accommodate?
We can cater for Small Weddings, Parties, Meetings, group gatherings. Please contact us for more details and to book.

Do you have travel cots available?
Yes, we can provide a travel cot in any of our bedrooms, for no extra cost. Just let us know on booking and we can sort this out for you.

​How do I make sure my bedroom has a bath?
Only some of our rooms at Ty Morgans have a bath in them. Contact us directly to ensure you are allocated one of these.

Can I take my bicycle to my room with me? Or is there somewhere safe and secure?
We do not allow Bikes in our bedrooms, however we do have a secure bike shed available for bikes to go into. Our staff will be able to help on arrival.

Do we allow dogs?
Yes, we allow dogs in all of our accommodation for £10 per night.

How do I get a VAT Receipt/invoice?
You can request and invoice by messaging via the booking provider that you have booked with or email us on info@croesogrwp.com with the date and name of your booking and it can be sent across.

Do you take group bookings?
Yes we do. The best way to get group rates is to email us direct on info@croesogrwp.com and we will be happy to help find the best room selections based on your groups needs.

Is there access to WiFi in the rooms?
Yes there is WiFi is the rooms, the WiFi access details are posted on the back of the door in the rooms.

How far are you from the train station?
The nearest train station is in Llandrindod Wells, LD1 5BB which is 15 minutes away by car.
